Privacy Policy

This MCP server (mcp.fidelizare.ro) gives an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, read-only access to Fidelizare analytics data after you authenticate with your own Fidelizare credentials.

Data we access

• Your organization's stores and aggregate activity metrics, including scans, points issued, points redeemed, receipt volume, and active customers.
• Customer-level metrics for your authenticated organization or store, including points balance, tier, last activity, and visit frequency.

Access is strictly limited to the organization or store used during OAuth authentication. One account cannot access another account's data.

Data we store

• We do not copy or store loyalty analytics data. It is read on demand from the Fidelizare database and returned to the AI assistant.
• We store only OAuth artifacts required for authentication: registered OAuth clients, authorization codes for 5 minutes, and refresh tokens for 30 days. Passwords are not stored by this service. They are checked against the existing hashed Fidelizare credentials.

Third-party sharing

Data returned by the connector is sent to the AI provider you use, such as Anthropic for Claude or OpenAI for ChatGPT, as part of your conversation with that provider. We do not sell this data or share it with other third parties.

Retention

OAuth artifacts expire automatically: authorization codes after 5 minutes, access tokens after 1 hour, and refresh tokens after 30 days. You can revoke access at any time from the connector settings in Claude or ChatGPT.
