Fidelizare MCP documentation

Fidelizare Analytics is a read-only MCP connector that links a Fidelizare account to Claude or ChatGPT for analytics about stores and customers.

How to connect

MCP server URL: https://mcp.fidelizare.ro/mcp
Claude: Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector > paste https://mcp.fidelizare.ro/mcp > Connect.
ChatGPT: Add the MCP server URL https://mcp.fidelizare.ro/mcp in the ChatGPT Apps or Developer Mode flow.

list_stores - lists the stores available to the authenticated account.
client_history - shows scan, points, receipt, and active customer trends for 7 days, 30 days, 1 year, all time, or a custom range.
client_activity - ranks customers by points, scans, balance, last activity, and visit frequency.
store_performance - compares store performance and identifies the top store for a selected metric.

All tools are read-only.
The connector cannot grant points, redeem points, delete data, send campaigns, or change settings.
Every request is scoped to the authenticated organization or store.

The connector does not connect: make sure the URL is exactly https://mcp.fidelizare.ro/mcp, including /mcp, and that the connection uses HTTPS.
Login fails: use the Fidelizare account email, organization ID, or store ID in the first field and the administrator password in the second field.
A tool returns no data: the account may not have stores or transactions in the selected time window. Try window: all or check the Fidelizare admin dashboard.
Access expired: reconnect the connector. Access tokens are refreshed automatically when possible.
Revoke access: remove the connector from Claude or ChatGPT settings.
